July is Sexual Assault Awareness Month in Sutter and Yuba counties. Casa de Esperanza will be sponsoring a Women's Self Defense Saturday. Women and girls 12 and up are invited to a free 8 hour training on sexual assault awareness, prevention and intervention strategies. This will include hands on physical rsistance techniques.
