To celebrate the new edition of "Medal of Honor" and the 150th anniversary of the creation of the Medal, Rakestraw Books at 522 Hartz Ave in Danville will host a special evening with Medal of Honor recipient on Wednesday, Dec 7 at 7pm.

Beginning Tuesday, June 22 through Thursday, June 24 residents of the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District may see or smell smoke in the air.
