If you are a hero in any of the categories below, you need to know that there are only 60 days left for you to
sign a contract to purchase a home as a first time homebuyer if you want to take advantage of the government's generosity. To be eligible for the $8000 tax credit you must have a signed purchase agreement by 4-30-2010 and close by 6-30-2010. This is an incredible opportunity for all members of the education and medical system, police and fire services, the military, and government services to have the government make a couple of their first house payments for them.
