All Buyer and Seller customersof Lou Manfra Realty will receive 20% of the professional fee paid to our company after any real property transaction is closed and funded. After the completed sale of the real property and the check received for the professional fee has cleared, Lou Manfra Realty will give the Buyer or Seller a check for 20% of the earned fee. Many times this will happen the same day as the closing.
